Our Barn Sales are held only once or twice a year. As a result, we expect a big crowd.  We live on a farm with a small one-way lane to our location, you may have to pull over a bit to allow oncoming traffic.  PLEASE follow the signs and go down all the way to our barn.  Do not pull into our neighbor's drives, just keep following the barn sale signs till you see... The Barn! 

There is a small Farm School on the left of our drive, which has classes on the Friday/first day of our sale.  Even though our neighbors are very supportive of our little business (and we of theirs), we urge you to use extra caution driving down our gravel lane!  There are toddlers, goats and chickens abound, so please practice caution at all times.  When you go through the gates of our farm, you will be shown where to park. Please do not park on our neighbors fields outside our gates!  If we experience extra traffic and our fields are full, we reserve the right to ask you to come back in an hour or two.  There are many places in the area to grab a coffee or lunch while we create some flow.  That said, if you are just wanting to browse and enjoy our farm, please consider coming later on Friday or any time during the weekend when things are quieter.  We do get a lot of traffic early Friday!  If you do not like a crowd, please consider coming a bit later.  We replenish each day!

Weather permitting, we have our check-out counters outside.   If there are big-item furniture pieces you wish to purchase, please pull the tag and bring to the counter, we will start an invoice for you as you continue to look around.  Please do not pull big item tags if you are still considering the item, only pull the tag if you are certain you wish to purchase.  Do NOT remove tags from small you wish to purchase, simply bring them to the long check-out counter where we can hold these until you are ready to check out.  Please do not bag items or bring to your car before checking out.  We have tons of people ready to help you bag and load your car when you are ready.  In order to protect your property and ours, we do have security cameras in place.

We have staff available to help load large items, or you can come back and pick up later on in the weekend or by appointment. We also make deliveries for a reasonable charge to the greater Washington area.  Please inquire at the check out counter.  We are a CASH/CHECK operation, we do take CREDIT CARDS (all) but we charge back the 3% fee.  Our prices are fair, and are firm during the Barn Sale Event.  We occasionally have Barn Clearance Sale events.  Please sign up for notification at the counter.

We are an agritourism business and as such, you come to our farm at your own risk.  Please do not bring dogs, if you must, please notify us in advance, so we can lock up ours.  This is a farm, with unpaved roads, and walkways, please wear proper shoes.  In case of severe weather forecast, we reserve the right to close up the barns or postpone the sale.  We hope the weather cooperates and you have a wonderful visit to our Barns!
